Video games and trains are all well and good, but arguably neither of them can light up a little lad’s imagination like an igloo. Especially so when one least expects to see one. Such as on a side street. In Tokyo. In spring.
Reminds me of when I pushed-biked up the Azuma Skyline in late June, armed with an empty thermos flask, which after a 5 hour hill climb, I filled with the left-over snow from the winter, and flew down the hill home (that was fun!), and dumped the snow on the kitchen table, to the freak out of my family and our cousins who happened to be around… one of those moments. Some people (guilty!) do weird stuff… hats of the urban igloo importer!

Bless him! He looks so happy/excited!

I know, it was lovely to see!

Did he go in and play?
The little boy seems to be immersed with the igloo.
So excited that his dad might want to hold or stop him from going in. 🙂
Lee says
Yes, he was straight in. There was no way his dad was going to stop him!

That’s funny. Sounded like a great day out too.
And yes, without the likes of the igloo importer, there’d be a lot less joy in the world.

That’s a great moment captured! ^_^
