I think that ” She” like Lolita Fashion, a fashion subculture, so” she” cross-dressing.
“She” actually dressed well enough to display Sweet Lolita, but “her”hairdo can be improved.
But” she” sure stand out in this picture as dressed in Pink lolita to match the Cherry Blossom season.

That’s primarily why I took the photo, as the reactions from people nearby were fascinating. It often surprises me how people somehow ignore the oddities going on around them, but not this time.
