They really are quite similar, aren’t they? It was his apparent queasiness that initially caught my eye, but then afterwards I saw those similarities as well. A very nice little bonus to say the least!
It hasn’t aged well with those sepia stains and it has certainly lost a few carrots now.
‘Save me from this queasy afternoon’; but maybe it was morning, or he was just realising he had forgotten his face mask.
I’d like to think it was the latter. The maskless really do stand out at the moment. Very few of them. But perhaps give him the benefit of the doubt in that his queasiness was perhaps so acute that he couldn’t bear to wear one.
