Schoolboy humour #2

Recently I saw something in the newspaper that really amused me. But it is rather childish. Hence the title.

Printed below is a message from the personal section. I was just looking ok? And when reading it, remember that san placed after a name is an honorific title. Similar to Mr.

“My dearest Junko. This past year has been the best 12 months of my life. Happy anniversary. I love you with all my heart. Love from Wankasan”

That’s one unlucky name. Now I know it’s neither big nor clever to laugh at the misfortune of others, but…

i laughed too! 🙂 i used to keep a list of unfortunate names of people i bumped into on the job. no idea where the actuallist got off to, but i do recall a Dr. Doody and you got it, he was a proctologist. oh, and Lori Schmucky, who kept her last name when she got married. women’s lib is all fine and good, but if you’ve got a chance to swap out the name Schmucky, take it fercrissakes!

Wankasan! Wankasan! I think I will start using that as my new insult! Very funny.

Maybe Ms Schmuckly’s husband had an even worse name. Could that be possible!?

Wankasan could be the ideal Japanese insult. It hits the spot, yet is polite and not overly offensive at the same time.

They seriously need a deed poll. This site would be useful – http://www.simpledeedpolls.com/ it has basic info about deed polls. they’re not selling anything, just providing info.
